A Renewal Notice
You will receive a reminder of your upcoming renewal approximately 3 months prior to your maturity date. -

Watch out for your Renewal Offer
Your offer will be sent to you by mail or via MyEclipse approximately 45 days prior to maturity in all provinces but Alberta. Homeowners of properties in Alberta will receive your renewal offer 60 days prior to maturity.Log in to MyEclipse -

Can I renew my mortgage early?
If you are in an open term, you may have the option to renew or convert your Eclipse mortgage early into a fixed term. Contact our Renewal Account Managers at 1-866-800-4002 to find out your options.
What if I miss my renewal date?
If you don’t return the signed renewal agreement by the time your mortgage matures, your mortgage will be automatically renewed into the 1-year term offered to you on your Renewal Offer.
